By visiting the Jade & Jewels website www.jadeandjewels.com  you are accepting and consenting to be bound by the Terms of Use provided herein, as well as the Privacy Policy.  

We encourage you to review these Terms of Use whenever you use the Site. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services will constitute your binding acceptance of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.

 

PLACING AN ORDER 

When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you are not logged in when proceeding to the checkout, you will be prompted to do so. Checkout involves 4 simple steps: Billing, Shipping, Payment and Order Confirmation.  

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but an acknowledgement of you placing an order. 

Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY  

If the item is damaged when it comes to you, kindly send a picture of the same to us and we will arrange for a replacement at our cost.

However, if the item does not suit you or you are unhappy with the same, you can send us an e-mail regarding the same, and send the item back in 3 working days. The item should be in perfect, unworn condition, in its original packing, and accompanied by the original receipt. In such a scenario, the courier cost will be borne by you. We will not accept any returns on discounted items.

REPAIR POLICY 

We offer repairs due to user wear, faulty production, tarnished metal etc.  We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs may incur a charge.

If you have made a mistake regarding the size of a ring, do let us know and we could re-size it for free. However courier charges will be applicable.

SALES TAX 

On Jade & Jewels products, 3% GST is added for orders delivered in India and abroad.

 

SHIPPING 

Shipping is free within India, and normally would reach you in 4-5 days of placing an order. We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website in the ‘Shipping' section are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays.

Jade & Jewels strives to offer an accurate description of their jewellery, but since the jewellery is hand made and not mass produced, there may be slight variations of colour.
